Jury Overview
Housing is a human right that should be prioritized within our society’s allocation of resources and evolving development of infrastructure. Housing design must fundamentally support positive relationships—between individuals, communities, and the environment—exemplified throughout the design process and within the end result. This year’s submissions represent the incredible diversity and vitality of housing as a typology, and the jury ultimately selected a slate of projects that embody design excellence and innovation through their expression of the values of inclusivity, accessibility, connectivity, sustainability, and aesthetic distinction.
