Jury comments: The jury liked this project and it was the only truly architectural project selected. Comments from the jury included “elegant,” “complex,” “well-presented,” “super dense.” The plans are elegant and the spaces created are both clean and complex. One juror thought it brings to mind Toyo Ito’s Tower of the Winds. The jury wondered—and would have benefitted from knowing—where this building is located within this district of Seoul.
