Jury comments: Although this project’s “super stoop” concept doesn’t address certain urban issues such as accessibility, it responds in a very interesting way to the stoop’s regional role as mediator between public and private space. Developer and architect employ a strong sustainability program and social consciousness to express the aspiration of this project’s name.
