Jury comments: This neighborhood makes accessible housing the status quo. Porches are at grade, making for easy transitions in and out of the interlocking volumes. The kitchens are accessible—no easy feat. The living spaces are as pleasant and modern as any homeowner could hope for. We hope to see more of such communities in the future.
