Jury comments: Heroic and monumental, at first this project seems to be yet another blob or big stadium, but upon closer inspection seems very well integrated into the landscape, becoming a compelling and well considered iconic architectural statement. The manipulation of form and integration of program sustain this work. The massing is elegant and of a grand urban scale. We longed to see more of this hybridized building than could fit on one presentation board. It is a very iconic modern landmark.
