Jury comments: This contemporary intervention in a historic building creates fresh, flexible, and engaging exhibition space. The walls perform double duty by transforming the room they are in–creating a series of refreshing baroque curves–and are transformable themselves, designed to be re-arranged easily and efficiently. The designers’ craft and creativity rose to the challenge of making a large impact with few resources.
