Jury comments: A new barn joins thoughtfully with a historic farmhouse. We wish to recognize renovations for the responsible and sensitive projects that they are. This historic home upgrade and new barn are more than responsible as a Net Zero project. The detailing is restrained and appropriate, and the living spaces are refreshed.
