Jury comments: These apartments replace 1951 public housing. For affordable housing, they look pretty good, with four landscaped courtyards lining a central spine. Buildings are well broken up with shifting colors, materials, and massing, highlighting the neighborhood feel. The scale is human and, more importantly, the spaces feel human, inside and out.
