Jury comments: Beverly Clinic is at once elegant and playful, carrying a consistent point of view throughout the small interior space. The scalloped ceiling is surprisingly playful, and accentuated perfectly with color and lighting. This project transforms our ideas of what an orthodontic office can look and feel like. In a project type that doesn’t often see reinvention, Beverly Clinic stands out because of the architect’s true attention to spatial experience.
