The form weaves into the tapestry of the existing urban fabric while accentuating its individuality. The way this project revitalizes the 24-hour district of the city is amazing. There’s retail on the ground floor and living quarters in the tower above. A project that looks as festive as a carnival is developed on a brownfield site and has a sophisticated sustainability strategy. But it’s the social impact that gives this work its muscle.
