Jury comments: The idea of a nexus hub is clearly defined, with the intriguing notion of creating a research park within the campus plan. Despite the likeable blend of natural and dense urban arguments, it is less clear what is going on in the existing campus. The plan is effective in mapping out an idea and pushing it to the next level of detail, but the use of bird’s-eye views makes it difficult to land on the site and experience the campus as a pedestrian.
