Jury comments: A nice straddle between campus planning and urban design. The story of a community development project as well as of a development is told well, with focus on economic and community impacts for an area of Philadelphia that’s been depressed for a long time. It makes a decent attempt at telling the story of open urban space and the urban environment but may have benefitted from more material: What, for example, is being proposed at the street level beyond trees?
